1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing our software products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not purchase or use our products.
2. License Grant
Permitted Uses:
- Deploy on unlimited servers within your organization
- Modify the source code for your internal use
3. Anti-Leak Agreement
All software purchases are subject to a binding Anti-Leak Agreement. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the source code and implement reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
Violation of the Anti-Leak Agreement will result in immediate legal action and claims for full damages.
4. Payment and Refunds
All purchases are one-time payments. Due to the nature of source code delivery, all sales are final once code is delivered.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software. Software is provided "as is".
